Refund Policy – Charmed Club

Thank you for shopping with Charmed Club. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalised items
  • Sale items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at wearecharmedclub@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
